Prompt consultations may be available during normal clinic hours. Contact reception before attending so the team can confirm the appropriate route.
Prescription renewals and electronic prescriptions are available when clinically appropriate, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
The team can coordinate with ambulance services, hospitals and specialists when onward care is required.

Contact the clinic with your insurer, policy number and assistance reference. For eligible travel-insurance patients, the consultation may be billed directly to the insurer, so no payment is taken at the clinic when prior authorisation is confirmed.
